  • Our program is designed for kids aged 8-14, as they typically have the coordination and interest needed to fully participate, and our gear (like gloves) fits them best. However, we can assess if F&SM is a good fit for kids outside this age range on an individual basis.

  • Yes! We are currently developing an online platform to allow families outside of Auckland (or NZ!) to join in on F&SM's unique experience. Stay tuned for more details as we expand!

  • Yes, Matt takes on a select number of personal training clients. If you're interested, please reach out via our contact page to see if he’s accepting new clients.

  • We welcome suggestions for individuals or families in the community who would benefit from our program. Feel free to contact us with your recommendations!

  • Absolutely! We are passionate about mental health and are always open to collaborations, workshops, or events that align with our mission. Reach out to discuss how we can work together.

  • Yes, all classes must be booked and paid for ahead of time to secure your spot and ensure a smooth session for everyone.

  • Comfortable workout clothes and proper athletic shoes are recommended. Gloves will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if you have them!

  • Classes last for 45 minutes, but we recommend setting aside 1 hour to allow for time to gear up before your session.
